The Buena Ventura standard cast stone arch is our *very* Italian-styled pizza oven with a beautiful, stacked stone facade in black and gray tones! While all of our wood-fired pizza ovens are brilliant, the lower dome shape is our most authentic model and is ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!). It has a wider opening and lower dome that conducts heat directly to the oven floor. 

Each oven comes with a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more! 

Authentic Pizza Ovens are made with AUTHENTIC BRICK not CLAY!  Be careful of this when shopping oven brands- there IS A DIFFERENCE. Authentic Pizza Ovens are HANDMADE in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of authentic fire brick and mortar, which is then covered with a thick layer of Rockwool Insulation that is secured with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement. Authentic Pizza Ovens are the only ones that use true Rockwool with their own international utility patent.

This Buena Ventura has a beautiful cast stacked stone facade in black and grey tones with an iron door (which will rust if not treated– especially if you live near water). We suggest upgrading to one of our PREMIUM ovens if you're in a humid environment.

We never use zinc/galvanized coating on any of our authentic products. You can paint or tile our white domed ovens to match your home or design specifications. You will just need to use a high heat paint or adhesive. We recommend that you first cure your oven and use it for a few weeks and treat it with UltraFire (included) before you paint.

• Ultra Fire: Patch kit to address superficial cracks that will develop (see video for more information on how to treat)
