In 30 minutes it reaches up to 500° C allowing you to cook a real Neapolitan pizza in just 90 seconds wherever you want.
In just 35Kg of portable weight, like all Alfa ovens, it has the innovative Heat GeniusTM technology that guarantees superior performance, while optimising consumption.
The practical cover, useful to protect the oven from weather and dust, when not used, turns into a convenient carrying bag thanks to the two side handles, allowing you to move it wherever you want to organize your outdoor meals.

Flue Extensions: The Alfa User Manual advises against the use of flue extensions for Alfa Gas Hybrid Pizza Ovens, as they may affect the fire's draw and reduce the oven's performance. Alfa Italy recommends a Butterfly Valve for certain flue setups. It’s important to consult a licensed gas plumber and your local Gas Authority to ensure installation complies with Australian Standards. The manufacturer and supplier are not responsible for any performance issues arising from modifications to the flue or the addition of extensions.
A butterfly valve can prevent the oven from turning off when using a longer chimney length due to less oxygen flow in the chamber however, your licenced gas plumber is responsible for compliance in Australia.
Natural Gas Conversion: We recommend using the oven with LPG Gas for several sessions before converting to Natural Gas. Conversion should only be performed by a licensed gas plumber. Any conversion work may alter the appliance's performance and is not the responsibility of the manufacturer or supplier (keep the original LPG gas injectors). Factors such as gas connection, pressure, supply hose length, and regulator suitability for Natural Gas may impact performance.
Important: Always follow the Manufacturer’s Instructions to comply with Australian Gas Authority safety and installation standards. The manufacturer and supplier do not accept liability for the installation of Gas pizza ovens.
