A patented infrared burner and automatic rotating turntable combine to cook a 13" pizza in under 2 minutes, delivering even results without manual turning. The integrated LED display shows real-time stone temperature, rotation status, and lets you switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit with ease.

Practical details like propane canister or LPG / propane cylinder connection options*, a dual-insulated body, and a quick-release removable stone make cooking, cleaning, and transport seamless.

The Everdure portable pizza oven is engineered with advanced infrared (IR) burner technology, delivering rapid, focused heat exactly where you need it. Unlike traditional burners, the IR burner emits short-wavelength energy that heats only the surface layer of your food. Care Instructions

After your pizza oven has cooled down or before you cook in your pizza oven, use the Everdure pizza oven brush (EPBRUSH) to clean the pizza stone, burner and inner housing from residue that may have been left inside your oven from cooking. Use the Everdure pizza oven cover (EPCOVER) when your pizza oven is not being used to avoid it getting dusty or dirty.
